1. Shipping Conditions
We deliver worldwide, provided that the respective destination countries are available for selection during the checkout process.
The available shipping destinations depend on the delivery options supported by our shipping provider (including DHL) and are displayed during checkout.

If your desired destination country is not available, please contact us by email. We will be happy to check whether an individual shipping solution is possible.
2. Free Shipping
We offer free shipping once the following minimum order values are reached (after deduction of discounts and vouchers):
Germany: from €100.00 order value
Europe: from €250.00 order value (all European destination countries available in the checkout process)
Outside Europe: from €400.00 order value (all non-European destination countries available in the checkout process)
For orders below the respective thresholds, shipping costs will apply as displayed during checkout.
The stated minimum order values are gross amounts including the applicable statutory VAT, where such VAT is charged.
3. Deliveries within Germany
Shipping flat rate: €4.90
Free shipping applies from an order value of €100.00.
4. Deliveries to the “Europe” zone
Shipping costs are calculated based on parcel weight:
up to 400 g: €9.50
over 400 g up to 900 g: €17.00
over 900 g up to 2.5 kg: €19.00
over 2.5 kg up to 7.8 kg: €35.00
Free shipping applies from an order value of €250.00.
VAT is charged according to the applicable rate in the destination country.
5. Deliveries to the “Outside Europe” zone
Shipping costs are calculated based on parcel weight and destination country. The exact shipping costs are shown during the checkout process before completing the order.
Free shipping applies from an order value of €400.00.
For deliveries outside Europe, additional customs duties, import VAT, and other charges may apply. These are to be paid by the recipient directly to the relevant customs or tax authorities.
6. Delivery Times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery within Germany takes 3–4 working days. International deliveries take 7–30 working days after contract conclusion.
No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you order items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in one combined shipment. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.
