Shipping Conditions

We deliver worldwide, provided that the respective destination countries are available for selection during the checkout process.

The available shipping destinations depend on the delivery options supported by our shipping provider (including DHL) and are displayed during checkout.

If your desired destination country is not available, please contact us by email. We will be happy to check whether an individual shipping solution is possible.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping once the following minimum order values are reached (after deduction of discounts and vouchers):

• Germany: from €100.00 order value
• Europe: from €250.00 order value (all European destination countries available in the checkout process)
• Outside Europe: from €400.00 order value (all non-European destination countries available in the checkout process)

For orders below the respective thresholds, shipping costs will apply as displayed during checkout.

The stated minimum order values are gross amounts and include statutory VAT.

Deliveries within Germany

(including statutory VAT)

Shipping flat rate: €4.90

Free shipping applies from an order value of €100.00.

Deliveries to the “Europe” zone

(including VAT applicable in the destination country)

• up to 400 g: €9.50
• over 400 g up to 900 g: €17.00
• over 900 g up to 2.5 kg: €19.00
• over 2.5 kg up to 7.8 kg: €35.00

Free shipping applies from an order value of €250.00.

VAT is charged according to the applicable rate in the destination country.

Deliveries to the “Outside Europe” zone

Shipping costs are calculated based on parcel weight and destination country. The exact shipping costs are shown during the checkout process before completing the order.

Free shipping applies from an order value of €400.00.

For deliveries outside Europe, additional customs duties, import VAT, and other charges may apply.

Digital Content Provision

No shipping costs apply to digital content.

Digital content is made available in the customer account within 24 hours after contract conclusion.

Delivery Times

Germany: 3–4 working days. International: 7–30 working days.

No deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
