TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION
These conditions of participation refer to Instagram competitions of

Cathrin Walk GmbH & Co. KG
Cornelienstrasse 49
63739 Aschaffenburg

(hereinafter referred to as “Organizer”). Participation in the competition is governed exclusively by these terms and conditions of participation. The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms Ireland Limited.

1) Duration of the competition
The competition starts on Friday 17/11/2023 and will end on Monday 20/11/23 at 11:59 pm CET.

2) Procedure of the Instagram giveaway
Participation takes place by:
- follow @walkcollection on Instagram
- like the Instagram giveaway post
- leave a comment on what you would like to knit when winning
- agree to these terms and conditions of this



Participation is only possible within the participation period. Entries received after the closing date will not be taken into account.
Only one submitted registration per participant will take part in the competition. It is strictly forbidden to use multiple accounts to increase your chances of winning.
Participation in the competition is free.

3) Eligible Participants
Natural persons who have reached the age of 16 are eligible to participate.
Participation is not limited to customers of the organizer and is not dependent on the purchase of goods or services.
If the participant's legal capacity is restricted, the consent of his legal representative is required.
All people and employees of the organizer involved in the conception and implementation of the competition as well as their family members are not eligible to participate in the competition. The organizer also reserves the right to exclude people from participation at its own discretion if there are legitimate reasons, for example:
(a) in the event of manipulation in connection with access to or implementation of the competition, (b) in the event of violations of these conditions of participation, (c) in the event of unfair trading or (d) in the event of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the competition

4) Winning, notification and transmission of the giveaway
The giveaway includes 24 mini skeins of Tough Sock Mini worth €249 (incl. German VAT).
The winners will be determined after the closing date for participation in a random draw among all participants.
The winners will be informed promptly via private message. Each winner must contact us via direct message or email within 1 week. If a winner does not answer within this period, the giveaway can be transferred by the organizer to other participants.
The giveaway will be handed over via parcel shipping at the organizer's expense exclusively to the winner or to the winner's legal representative. An exchange, self-collection or a cash payment of the winnings are not possible

5) Early termination of the competition
The organizer reserves the right to cancel or end the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. The organizer makes use of this option in particular if proper implementation of the competition cannot be guaranteed for technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons. If such a termination is caused by the behavior of a participant, the organizer can demand reimbursement of the damage incurred from this person.

6) Data protection
To take part in the competition, you must provide personal data. The participant assures that the personal information provided by him/her, in particular first name, last name, address and email address, is truthful and correct.
The organizer points out that all personal data of the participant will neither be passed on to third parties nor made available to them for use.
All e-mail addresses and the voluntarily provided data of the participants are recorded and stored exclusively for the purpose of determining the winner. All data will be deleted no later than 30 days after the end of the competition. Participants have the statutory rights to information, changes and cancellation. 7) Revocation
Participants are free at any time to have their registration data deleted and thus withdraw from participation by revoking their consent at hello@walkcollection.com.

8) Liability
By participating in the competition, the participant releases Meta Platforms Ireland Limited from all liability.

The competition is carried out by Cathrin Walk GmbH & Co. KG. If you have any questions or complaints, please contact hello@walkcollection.com.
The organizer's competition is subject exclusively to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.

10) Severability clause
Should a provision of these terms and conditions of participation be or become wholly or partially invalid, this will not affect the validity of these terms and conditions of participation.
