This yarn set includes 6 skeins (4 skeins of Cottage Merino and 2 skeins of KidMohair Lace) for the "Chromophore" shawl by Thien-Kieu Lam, published in the Winter 2020 issue of PomPom Quarterly.

Chromophore is a rectangluar shawl worked flat from end to end. One skein of Cottage Merino and one skein of Kid Mohair Lace are held together throughout with different shades of Cottage Merino used for each section.

The orange version (Pomodoro) uses:
- 1 skein of Cottage Merino each in "Peach Pop", "Fire Lily", "Summer Sorbet" and "Pomodoro"

- 2 skeins of Kid Mohair Lace in "Pomodoro"

The purple version (Envy) uses:
- 1 skein of Cottage Merino each in "Secret", "Envy", "Smoky", "Nightshade"
- 2 skeins of Kid Mohair Lace in "Envy"

This listing is only for the yarn, the pattern is not included. You will find the suggested pattern (available in English) for purchase on Ravelry:

All infos to the yarn bases can be found in the bases section and all our colorways are shown in our color gallery.

Delivery time: 3-6 weeks after receipt of payment (depending on destination country)

Dyes are applied merely by hand so there is a natural variation within hanks of the same dye lot. To maintain an even appearance in larger projects we would suggest to alternate skeins while knitting.

We take great care photographing our items, but please take into account that colors might vary slightly due to different monitors.

Cold hand wash recommended. Lay flat to dry.

We recommend pre-washing intense colors before combining with lighter shades to remove excess color pigments.
