Product information

NB: We only stock a limited number of  our "originals" yarn sets, which means that the yarn will most likely be dyed especially for you. In this case your order will be ready for shipment within 3-4 weeks. If you need it urgently, please send us a note before ordering to check ready-to-ship availability.

The original yarn set contains 3 skeins - 2 skeins in Cottage Merino and 1 skein in KidMohair Lace, perfect for the EVERYTHING shawl by Veera Välimäki.

Our sample version set contains 1 skein of Cottage Merino, 1 skein of KidMohair Lace and 5 skeins of Tough Sock Mini skeins.

It is a pattern that has everything a knitter can hope for: Garter stitch, some short rows, twisted ribbing, lace and even a bit of two-colored brioche.
The original shawl was knit with Walk Cottage Merino in Flamingo Pink and Solar System and with Walk KidMohair Lace in Peonies.

And we are also offering our sample colour combination with Cottage Merino in Mr. Fox, KidMohair Lace in Salt Lake and Tough Sock Minis in Marine, Moor, Goldenrod, Powder and Coral, which is shown on the second picture.

This listing is only for the yarn, the pattern is not included. You will find the suggested patterns on Ravelry:

Color information

Dyes are applied merely by hand so there is a natural variation within hanks of the same dye lot. To maintain an even appearance in larger projects I would suggest to alternate skeins while knitting.

I take great care photographing my items, but please take into account that colours might vary slightly due to different monitors.
